What's for Breakfast?

This is what's cookin and I couldn't be more pleased. 

I've enjoyed making a long lasting breakfast dish that can be heated throughout the week. (I prefer warm breakfast over a cold one)

This below is a keeper. 

Just the name of it. Say it out loud with me...

BAKED OMELETTE WITH HAM AND GRUYERE (pronounced {grew/yehr})

Pardon my not so fancy pictures taken directly from my phone. But what you have here is smoked creamy Gruyere cheese with diced smoked ham and a hint of nutmeg. It is grain free but NOT flavor free. 

What I love most is I have breakfast for the whole week 😉
